MJ Financial Group LLC operates as a direct business lender. All funding decisions are subject to credit review, underwriting, and applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of funding approval or any specific funding terms.
The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You should consult with appropriate professional advisors before making any financial decisions.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all funding applications and communications with us. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of your application and may constitute fraud under applicable laws.
Submitting a funding application does not guarantee approval or funding. All applications are subject to our underwriting criteria, which may include but are not limited to: business revenue verification, credit review, time in business, and industry type. We reserve the right to deny any application in our sole discretion.
SMS Program Terms of Service
By expressly opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from MJ Financial Group LLC. These messages may include information about our financial products and services, funding offers, application updates, and other business communications. Messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
Participation in our SMS program requires your affirmative opt-in consent. We will not send you marketing or promotional SMS/MMS messages without your prior express written consent. The SMS opt-in checkbox on our contact form is unchecked by default.
Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month. The actual number of messages you receive may be fewer depending on your application status and the nature of our communications.
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, we will send you a single confirmation message and then will not send you any further SMS/text messages unless you re-opt in. Consent is NOT a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to our SMS program to apply for funding, use our services, or make any purchase or transaction with MJ Financial Group LLC. Checking the SMS opt-in box is entirely voluntary.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MJ Financial Group LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MJ Financial Group LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
